All top English clubs are monitoring the progress of 18 year old Borussia Dortmund midfielder Jude Bellingham per Fabrizio Romano.
The English midfielder who joined Dortmund from Birmingham in the summer of 2020 was impressive for the Black and Yellow last season and he was able to get a spot in Gareth Southgate’s squad for the Euros this summer.
The English youngster has been in great form this season and has scored twice and assisted 4 times for Borussia Dortmund in 8 games cutting across all competitions. And he was Man of the match in Dortmund’s UCL opening victory over Besiktas last week.
At the age of 18, Bellingham is incredibly talented with such unreal quality for a defensive midfielder, little wonder his number 22 jersey at Birmingham got retired after he left the club.
Jude Bellingham is a golden boy nominee and he’d certainly improve any team in the world and him signing for any of Man City, Man Utd, Chelsea, Arsenal or Liverpool would be a no brainer.
Dortmund however might not be willing to let the teenage sensation go yet. Fabrizio Romano reports that the Bundesliga side would be receiving offers for Erling Haaland in the summer of 2022 and they would not consider selling Bellingham until 2023.
Jude Bellingham is currently valued at over €55 million, a value that would definitely rise as the midfielder adds to his game and improves. An interesting transfer tussle when he becomes available is therefore inevitable.
