Chelsea play Tottenham Hotspur away on Sunday evening and the Blues would be looking for all 3 points in order to keep setting the pace at the top of the table.
Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel was speaking to the media this afternoon ahead of the fixture which is a famous London derby and he has given an insight into his team in terms of player availability and fitness.
Chelsea were without 3 players in their last premier league match last weekend as they had Reece James suspended for the game and were missing the services of N’golo Kanté and Christian Pulisic who were both out through injury.
While Reece James would be definitely available after serving his suspension, Tuchel has confirmed that N’golo Kanté also returns and is in contention to face Tottenham while Christian Pulisic is still out but has started training individually.
Tuchel: “No fresh concerns. Christian [Pulisic] is in individual training and will not be in the squad. N’Golo [Kanté] is back in full shape in training and ready to play.
As confirmed by Thomas Tuchel, Chelsea have no fresh injury concerns heading into Sunday’s game and Pulisic is the only injury absentee.
Unlike their opponents, Chelsea have an almost 100% clean bill of health.
