The goals Came off Timo Werner, Ben chilwell, and Trevor Chalobah which was enough to get all three points for Chelsea.

So what did Tuchel do differently that won him the game with such a big margin?

4. Selection Brilliance

The German Tactician picked a starting XI where all the players that started had something to prove to retain their spot in the Starting XI.

Ben Chilwell, Chalobah, and Timo Werner were such players, and they Justified that selection by being at the top of their game against Southampton.

Timo Werner for instance was superb and Got a goal and a disallowed goal in the game, Chalobah also was solid in defense he also grabbed an unbelievable goal where he scored an incredible header to give Chelsea the lead early in the game.

While Loftus cheek was amazing linking up the defense and attack perfectly although unlucky to stat pad with a goal but got an Assist where Chalobah converted his flick.

3. Substitution Brilliance

His substitutions in the game were class and directly impacted how the game would eventually turn out.

He brought on players like Mason Mount, Jorginho, and Ross Barkley, and they intensified the game as they brought both creativity and balance to the team.

Also his Substitutions ignited the confidence of the bench players like Ross Barkley who would have had the thought he would not play for Chelsea in a competitive game following his style of play not suiting what Tuchel needs at the moment.

Him bringing on Mason Mount brought life to the attack as it made it flexible than static as it was before his arrival.

2. Formidable Gamplan

Unlike Managers like Ole Gunnar Solskjær and Mikel Arteta Tuchel had a gameplan where his attack moved in cohesion with his defense and not losing shape at the same time.

That Flexibility in his system made the opposing Manager Clueless on how to adjust his team to counter Tuchel tactical setup.

1. Playing 9 Outfield players

While many would be confused on bow he used 9 players without any of his players being sent off. He used 9 players as he cut off lukaku using him as a distracting figure for Southampton defenders to open space for Timo Warner to make runs.

While they were expecting all Chelsea creative players to send crosses to Chelsea big man Werner was busy hurting them from the sides.

Tuchel was tactically brilliant in the game and made Hasenhuettl clueless on how to cope Tactically.
