Following Frank Lampard’s unexpected sack in late January, Chelsea employed the services of Thomas Tuchel to take over from where the Club legend stopped.
According to recent reports from Chelsea Journalist Simon Phillips, Tuchel gave the club’s negotiator Marina Granovskaia a sound warning to allow him have total liberty in making choices and squad selections.
Marina is notorious for influencing big transfer decisions of past managers and also influences their decision making on some way.
So, I guess, Thomas Tuchel is just trying to avoid such scenarios from reoccurring again in future.
It has been a pretty good start for Tuchel at Chelsea, still unbeaten and winning eight of his first twelve games as Chelsea manager while keeping 10 clean sheets in the process.
Though it has not been a very good start as Chelsea seem to be lacking in terms of scoring goals under Thomas Tuchel although the defense seem flawless.
With just an average of 1.1 goals per game, the poor state of the Chelsea attack is becoming a thing of worry amongst the club’s fan base as many would love to witness their team being prolific in goalscoring.
Hopefully Tuchel can turn this current drought around and we will begin to witness a more prolific team.
