Arsenal seem to have found their footing in the Premier League as they’ve recorded back to back 1-0 wins over both Norwich and Burnley. Tottenham on the other hand seem to have lost their mojo post September international break and have suffered back to back 3 nil defeats to both Crystal Palace and Chelsea.

Team News:

Granit Xhaka’s recent return from Covid-19 and suspension means Arsenal have a clean bill of health heading into Sunday’s clash. The Gunners have all first team players fit and ready to face Tottenham on Sunday.

Tottenham meanwhile are boosted by the return of Lucas Moura who is now fit and available to face Arsenal but Steven Bergwijn and Ryan Sessegnon remain sidelined.

Predicted Arsenal xi: Ramsdale; Tierney, Gabriel, White, Tomiyasu; Partey, Xhaka, Smith Rowe; Saka, Lacazette, Aubameyang

Predicted Tottenham xi: Lloris; Dier, Sanchez, Romero; Emerson Højbjerg, Ndombele, Reguilon; Alli, Kane, Son

Players Unlikely to Start for Arsenal

Arsenal are unlikely to see Rob holding start in Center Defense as he has proven to be calamitous when given the starting role alongside Pablo Mari.

Bern’d Leno would have to sit this game on the bench as Aaron Ramsdale have proven to be what Arteta lost in his past Decision to send Emi Martinez out of his team, the Englishman has so far proven to the the jigsaw in Arteta missing piece in the team.

Players Unlikely to Start for Tottenham

Ever since Harry Kane tried forcing a move out of Tottenham he has been a shadow of the player he once was, and from all indications his teammates were not happy with his decision and have contributed to his absurd loss of form recently.

Gollini is another player who wouldn’t get a starting chance for Tottenham against Arsenal as Hugo lloris is currently fit and can not be dropped.

London derbies of this nature are always special and as such expected to be tough.

Neither side has a clear superior advantage over the other. So, it’s likely to be a draw.

Arsenal 1-1 Tottenham
