Arsenal travel to the Amex to face Brighton this weekend.
The Gunners head into the game back off the back of 3 straight wins having turned their fortunes around after an abysmal start to the season.
Brighton are 6th on the premier league table but the Seagulls are just a point behind Liverpool at the top as they’re level on points with Man City, Chelsea, Man Utd, and Everton.
Graham Potter’s men were last in action against Crystal Palace on Monday and missed the chance to go top of the league after playing a 1-1 draw with the Eagles.
Arsenal meanwhile have experience a drastic turnaround in the month of September. The Gunners started the season with three straight losses but have now won three games on the bounce including an emphatic 3-1 win over Tottenham Hotspurs in the North London derby last Sunday.
Brighton currently have no Injury issue, save for Yves Bissouma who according to Potter is facing a race against time to face Arsenal tomorrow.
Yves Bissouma’s involvement tomorrow is a probability.
Arsenal on the other hand are set to be without Swiss midfielder Granit Xhaka who has been ruled out for 3 months with an injury.
Apart from Xhaka, Mikel Arteta has a fully fit squad to choose from.
Predicted Brighton xi: Sanchez; Cucurella, Dunk, Duffy, Veltman; Bissouma, Groß, Lallana; Trossard, Welbeck, Maupay
Predicted Arsenal xi: Ramsdale; Tierney, Gabriel, White, Tomiyasu; Partey, Lokonga; Saka, Smith Rowe, Aubameyang; Lacazette
Both sides have been quite impressive in their last few games and a game that sees Arsenal going to play away at the Amex against a very good Brighton side is quite difficult to predict.
Anyways, Arsenal are in the form of their lives and are high on confidence after that 3-1 win over Tottenham last Sunday. It’s gonna be an interesting tactical battle between Graham Potter and Mikel Arteta but Arsenal have got the superior quality on paper to edge this one.
Brighton 0-1 Arsenal
