‘Get him over, get him training with us’ – Lampard names the next Chelsea young superstar he wants in his Squad

The young Chelsea manager have proved to be confident in promoting young talents to the first team something past managers of the club have not been that confident doing. On the recent January transfer window even though they were relieved from the transfer ban he still didn’t opt for an option from the market instead he believed and the ability of his young players in the team.

On his recent interview with Chelsea he was asked some questions about how he saw the idea of bringing players from the chelsea academy which he replied ” I don’t want Chelsea to be a development team where people would talk about our academy players coming through to the first team but we would always give the best legs from the academy a chance in the squad”.

He was asked on players From the Academy he thinks deserve a first team slot from the academy “I think Henry Lawrence deserves a first team opportunity he has been outstanding in the academy just like Bily gilmour who I gave a chance and turned both the Everton and Liverpool game in our favour I’d say Get him over get him training with us”.

He joined Chelsea last season with star players like Eden hazard, gary cahill and David luiz all leaving and also with a transfer ban but has managed to keep the club in the top four with his current team filled with lots of inexperienced youngsters.
