According to Italian Journalist Fabrizio Romano, Arsenal duo Sokratis Papastathopoulos and Mesut Ozil are both in talks with interested clubs.
He further stated that talks are in advanced stages and they both could be leaving the London club in the next few days.
Ozil have been left on the sidelines at Arsenal for more than six months now and the German international will be looking to secure a permanent move out of the club this January.
Turkish club Fenerbache have been heavily linked with a move for Mesut Ozil and the club’s coach has confirmed telling Goal that the that the “situation will become clear in the coming days”.
On the other hand, Sokratis is also surplus to Mikel Arteta’s requirement at centre back as he has failed to make the match day squad for once this season.
The defender’s contract at Arsenal will also expire this summer and the club will be looking to make profit on the Greek International.
According to recent reports from Corriere Dello Sport, Serie A side Genoa have offered the defender a two-and-a-half-year contract as well as the captain’s armband, and they are awaiting his response.
Fabrizio Romano further reported that Fenerbache are also in contention for Sokratis.

It is still unclear, though very likely, if both players with leave the club this January.
