Eden Hazard records impressive stats for Madrid against Betis in just 13 minutes of his return few days before Chelsea clash

Former Chelsea star Eden Hazard made a cameo appearance for Real Madrid against Real Betis for the first time since March 13th.

The Belgium winger was subbed on in the 77th minute of play against Real Betis on Saturday night and didn’t fail to impress.

According to Squawka, the 30-year-old attacker created more chances for Real Madrid against Real Betis than any other player on the pitch and he only played for 13 minutes.

Although, Eden Hazard wasn’t able to inspire a win for the Spanish giants against Betis, the is a very impressive step to full recovery.

This stellar performance is coming just days before Real Madrid plays his old club in the first leg of the Champions league Semi final.

Eden Hazard will not be expected to start the game against Chelsea, but he will hoping to get more minutes while still on the journey to full recovery.

Zinedine Zidane was full of praise for Eden Hazard as he didn’t hesitate in expressing his joy for Eden’s performance.

“Absolutely. You’ve seen, I think in 15 minutes he did well. With spark, with energy.” He said.

“The most important thing for us and Eden is nothing was bothering him. We’re happy, absolutely he can make a difference.” Zidane concluded.
