Despite training through the week with Chelsea’s first team, Chelsea manager Frank Lampard has shockingly left talented youngster Jude Soonsup-Bell out of the squad to face Morecambe today.
This shocking occurence was reported by renowned Chelsea correspondent for The Athletic Simon Johnson in the recent tweet below.
Jude Soonsup-Bell has been left out of the #CFC squad for the #FACup game against Morecombe. Don't think he's the only youngster to be left disappointed after training with the senior squad over the past week. #CHEMOR

Jude Soonsup-Bell who has been impressive for both the U-18s and U-23s was invited to train with the first team squad this week.
The young striker, who turns 17 this week, has caught the attention of many Chelsea fans as many were hoping the young Englishman will get some minutes for the first team today.

The 17-year-old was invited to train with the First team with the likes of Tino Livramento, Henry Lawrence, Lewis Bate, Tino Anjorin and Marcel Lewis.
Not being in the first team will serve as bad news for the young gun, but it’s understandable given Chelsea have three really good strikers currently.
