HOLDING AND MO ELNENY RETURNS TO TEAM

It has been confirmed that Rob Holding will be making his return to action after a brief stay away.

 

The defender has been out for the last fortnight, after picking up an injury in the warm-up against Manchester City, and will be a welcome addition after a number of injury setbacks of late.

 

NIGEL WINTERBURN THINKS ARSENAL CAN’T FINISH UP IN TOP 10 LIST THIS SEASON

Well over three-quarters of the season remains for Mikel Arteta’s men to close the four-point gap on the top four – but Winterburn believes Arsenal’s tepid start may already have foiled their Champions League hopes.

KEANE SAYS ARSENAL TEAM TOO SOFT FOR A WIN

 

Keane believes Thomas Partey, the combative midfielder could be the missing ingredient that the Arsenal team needs to add the much-needed physicality to their side.

Speaking on Sky Sports ahead of the Gunners’ trip to Manchester United, Roy Keane has said that the Arsenal team under Coach Arteta does not have the strength it needs to do the needful. He is quoted as saying: “Arsenal oh yeah they’ve been lacking aggression for years. There is still a softness to them.

“I think he will be a good signing for them, I know he’s only been in the door two minutes but give him a chance.
