We look at the news headlines this afternoon as Arsenal got new activities coming in this noon with Besiktas back with response concerning move for Elneny and Barcelona knocking in for Arsenal want-away man.
Arsenal have reportedly received offer for Hector Bellerin as the Spanish remains linked out of the Emirates Stadium. Although there has been several offers in the recent past days but its said that the last has been from Barcelona.
The Spanish side has already made contacts with Edu to try materializing for around €25m as offered by Arsenal but its disclosed that FCB do not have proper plans at the moment to bring in Bellerin unless they let go of Nelson Semedo; which they already have moves ongoing for that.
Bellerin who joined Arsenal back in 2011 at the age of 16 after coming through Barcelona’s La Masia academy.
Paris Saint German having on the other hand been linked to the star but has reportedly killed interests on Hector after Arsenal failed to their loan bid tune.
Gunners only want Hector to leave on a permenant deal, which is opposite Paris Saint German are in for.
According to sources, PSG has in otherwords turned attention to 29-year-old Roma man who is likely to join them in few days on a loan move from Italy.
Besiktas back with Elneny response
Besiktas have called in with a response to Arsenal-Elneny away move and it’s clearly not a good news for the Egyptian who has struggled at Emirates Stadium.
According to the Turkish side, they are not able to bring back their former star man due to financial issues.
Arsenal are asking way more than Besiktas budget despite wanting to let go of the player by every available means.
“Elneny was the player we wished that he wouldn’t go, but his cost was too high,” Besiktas manager Sergen Yalcin explained this week.
“He played in the starting line-up in the Arsenal vs Liverpool match. He has a high cost but is a quality football player. For us Besiktas, we have to adjust our budget and balance the budget given by TFF [the Turkish Football Federation].”
Arsenal give ears to Guendouzi – Draxler swap
Arsenal are reportedly ready to let go of Matteo Guendouzi after receiving offer from PSG that would have them own Julian Draxler in return.
The German’s time at PSG is almost up and including him in a deal to land freshly blooded Matteo Guendouzi isn’t a bad idea for Thomas Tuchel who aims to revenge Champions League final loss against Bayern Munich.
Arsenal need to let Guendouzi leave in other fund move for Thomas Partey and Houssem Aouar who has of lately hinted to be wanted by Manchester City.
Arsenal offer Aston Villa an Emiliano Martinez lifeline.
Aston Villa must have fearfully knocked in when they contacted for Emiliano Martinez considering the star keeper’s performances so far over the little opportunity he got.
Bernd Leno’s injury brought Emiliano Martinez to the limelight as he now has two trophies to his name in a very short time.
Offers are already coming in as the goalkeeper has refused to extend his stay at Emirates stadium due to fears of being sidelined once again.
Arsenal has of now instead asking for a huge sum, demanded that suitors could bring €20m to own the talented Goalkeeper.
We await response from Aston Villa who are most likely to cash in for the goalkeeper.
