5 Positional Mistakes Frank Lampard is Currently Making at Chelsea

Many fans would defend Lampard calling him a newbie coach who had his luck managing a top club like Chelsea with literally no coaching experience.

Many would say “Lampard coached Derby County a top Club” yeah I agree a top club that he lost the chance to be a hero taking them to the EPL.

I love Lampard as a Club legend don’t get me wrong, but after Chelsea spent over 200 million in landing new Signings for him he hasn’t given that technicality of a top coach.

  5. Hudson-Odoi as a right-winger

You would probably agree that all those positional changes looks crazy! But some of the players have learned to adapt to those positions while some were unable to adapt.

Mason Mount has been comfortable playing as a left-winger or any position frank Lampard decides to play him on, he was even asked in an interview how he felt with Lampard always changing him from his natural position, and he replied;

Am comfortable playing as a winger, a false Striker, or behind the striker, I just want to play”

The Englishman has shown his desire to wanting to be on the pitch regardless of which position he plays in.

Christian Pulisic has shown that he isn’t comfortable playing right-wing countless times, just like against Arsenal he wasn’t effective on the right-wing till the second half when Lampard brought on Callum Hudson-odoi so they can switch positions.
