His ability to create something from nothing just like Eden hazard would be missed , Tuchel for sure wouldn’t make that mistake starting him.

Matteo Kovasic

The Croatian Midfielder just returned from an Injury starting him in a game where arsenal would be desperate getting points to maybe manage to get to Europe next season would be dangerous to his fitness as the opposition players would be very aggressive.

Introducing him in the final minutes of the game is the best bet to get him used to the game before the final.
